Hate
Hate emotion is the opposite of love. Feeling hate is not the same as being upset with someone. For example, when we are upset with our parents or with a friend, we do not feel hatred. We are just upset with that person. But that doesn’t mean we stop caring about or loving the person. Hate is an intense feeling that can lead to self-destruction because when we feel a lot of hate, it can lead us to anger, and when we feel anger, we can perform actions that we may regret. When we don’t like a situation, we must learn how to manage it.
– I’ll give you my example. I hated my mother when I was a teenager because she didn’t let me go out later than ten p.m. I had to return home at that time or early. I said I hated my mom for it, but I understood I was simply upset because she didn’t let me go out so late.
