Anxiety

Irritation is something momentary that passes in a couple of minutes, but feeling anxious is a prolonged irritation. While growing up, we have to adapt to many changes, from going from a teenager to becoming an adult, changing schools, moving to another city or simply new challenges. We all experience changes that take us out of our comfort zone. The consequences of this are that we begin to feel stress and anxiety. Feeling tense makes you nervous, and can quickly lose your patience. One of the things that helps me is talking about it with someone I trust or simply writing it down on a piece of paper.
