Joy
We all seek long-term happiness, and it is one of the goals of human beings. Happiness is often confused with joy, and they are different terms. For example, my family is a fundamental pillar of my joy; if they are well, I feel happy and calm. However, happiness is not linked to one thing. It’s not something material. It’s not just a sensation. Happiness is connected to a set of things; it is a state in which I can be happy no matter what happens. There is a big difference between Happiness and Joy. Joy is a momentary feeling. For example, listening to my favourite music makes me happy. I am feeling joy in that moment. We must work on our happiness, so to help develop this emotion, it is essential to take care of our mental and physical health to achieve all those goals that give us personal satisfaction; doing what we like will generate long-term happiness.
-When I was 21 years old, I felt unhappy because I thought I was not doing well and was not progressing. I moved to live alone in another country, working a job I hated. This situation destroyed my happiness, so I looked for something I liked and felt fulfilled doing. Today, I am much happier than before. I am still striving to achieve total happiness, but little by little, I am building the life I want to have.
Don’t worry be happy
