Confuse

At some point in our lives, we have all felt confused, with a mixture of feelings which we do not know if they are negative or positive; being confused is not understanding how you feel or feeling more than one emotion at the same time that is opposite.Sometimes, you don’t know if you feel joy or sadness, which is normal; we have all been through that situation.

When you feel confused, you must let go of what is happening in your head. That is why you need to find someone you trust to tell them how you feel; when you feel confused, you want to seek support from someone who can understand you so you can talk to them. For example, your parents or friends or a teacher. It is vital for the human being to release emotions and feelings. If you do not talk to someone about it or work with your own feelings, you will not move forward and will continue to feel the same way, even worse.

-In my case, this is how I started the Introspection exercises. When I moved to live alone, I felt perplexed because one day, I was happy for a new beginning and new opportunities, but at the same time, I was despondent because I left my family and couldn’t see them or hug them. Writing down all my feelings at that moment helped me decipher my situation. I felt much better about myself because I had the opportunity to write openly about how I felt.
