Lonelisness

Loneliness emotion is not simply being alone; you can feel alone even when surrounded by people. Loneliness is neither bad nor good. Sometimes, we need to be alone to find ourselves. We also have to understand that human beings are naturally sociable, and isolating ourselves from others in the long term is not beneficial. Loneliness is healthy when it is by choice, but when it is not, it can be painful. Learning to communicate with our environment is very important because not everyone can understand that we feel alone or want to be alone. I usually like to be alone and enjoy my own company, but when I have bad days, I wouldn’t say I like to isolate myself because I want to feel listened to by a friend.

-When I came to live in England, I felt very physically alone but supported by my family. Because they were very attentive to me, I was physically alone, but I didn’t feel alone emotionally.

Loneliness gives us the pleasure of good company; ours.
