Emotions and Self-discover

Emotions are psychophysiological reactions that represent ways of adaptation to certain stimuli of the individual when he perceives an object, a person, a place, an event or a meaningful memory. It is what we feel when we perceive something or someone.

Amigatalk is a guide for self-discovery in which you must follow some basic rules to learn to know yourself and better understand the emotions you experience daily. In the cards, you will find the six basic human emotions such as surprise, disgust, fear, joy, sadness and anger, according to psychologist Paul Ekman. 

Game rules

It consists of 18 cards divided into negative, positive and neutral. 

1. Ask yourself, how do you feel today? 
2. Find in the 18 moods which one you feel most identified with. 
3. Be aware of the feeling you have selected and ask the questions that you can find below. 
4. Read what you have written and analyze.
