Fear

Fear emotion. One of the basic emotions of human beings is to feel fear. Fear is necessary and healthy because it activates our alert mechanism. We feel fear when we feel in danger. This emotion is felt intensely when we think we will suffer harm, our eyes widen to see better, and our heart pumps much faster. As we grow, our fears evolve and become more realistic, such as physical harm such as an accident, school failure, bullying, and fear of being criticized. These fears must be treated if they considerably affect our lives.

– In my case, one of my biggest fears has been driving. I was afraid of creating an accident because I consider myself a person who is easily distracted. At the time I was approved for my driving license, I was not able to drive alone, but little by little, I have been facing that fear.
