Guilty
Guilty emotion comes with mistakes. We feel guilty when we have made a mistake. On many occasions, we can make a person feel bad without intending to make them feel bad, and we feel guilty for it. Or we do it on purpose and then regret it and feel guilty. The good thing about guilt is that it can be solved when we admit we made a mistake. The first step is to reflect on it. The second step is to analyze and think about why it happened, and the last step is to find a solution and, if we have hurt someone or ourselves, ask for forgiveness.
I felt a lot of guilt about myself growing up because my mother gave me all the tools to study, and I didn’t want to do it. It was a decision I made that I regretted, and I thought about what I could do not to feel so guilty; the answer was simple. Alejandra, look for something you like and dedicate yourself to it.
