Sadness
Sadness emotion is a primary human emotion that we have all experienced. Sadness is something very personal; everyone gets sad for different reasons. It is normal to feel sadness when we are disappointed in a situation or a person. When our expectations are unmet or we lose something or someone important to us. The problem with sadness is when it lasts more than a couple of days, and it affects you emotionally, it can lead to depression. Feeling sad is normal. What is not normal is feeling sorry for a very long time. If so, ask an adult for help. The most important thing is that you express what you feel. Please do not keep it for yourself.
–I remember the first time I felt very sad was when my dog died when I was nine. It was difficult for me to get over it because, at that time in my childhood, my pet was my best friend. But now, I don’t remember him with sadness but with happiness because I spent beautiful moments with him.
