Boredom

Do you suffer from boredom frequently? This emotional state can prevent us from doing anything from daily tasks to socializing at certain times. Boredom emotion, according to neuroscientists, Most people associate boredom as a negative emotion, but it can increase creativity, task engagement, and work productivity. In my case, it is neutral because boredom is an emotion that can be both negative and positive, depending on the environment. When you grow up and reach adulthood, you realize that you don’t have time to get bored because obligations increase. In this case, you miss having time to get bored. Stress and anxiety harm health, but chronic boredom is also detrimental. Not feeling excited or motivated to achieve our goals can make us sad.

-When I started this project, I knew I had to find a topic I liked and could read and not get bored. Apart from design, I like psychology, so I decided to work on emotions but in a very informal way. If I had chosen to talk about numbers, I probably would have gotten bored and wouldn’t have the motivation to finish.

Boredom comes from a boring mind.
